We want you to love your bubbles; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that CO2 cylinders must be returned in their original, sealed condition due to safety regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine or accessories in the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
